happy table

I am all alone and feeling blue as I have 3 siblings all in the hospital at the same time with serious conditions. Please send up prayers for me. I decided not to do a new tablescape but do a past one that makes me laugh.
I will have a glass of cranberry juice and a cup of tea.Coaster in shape of a lily pad.
Table cloth in pale green .  I only one of this color place mat but perfect for this theme.
I really like this white plate with the raised design. Thrift store find of course.
Not lily pads but will do.
Aren't these the cutest soup dish.  I think asparagus soup maybe.
I think froggie found a mate. lol
This froggie is a pitcher I can just see one eye peeking out. Those are real sun flowers from my neighbor.
He is happy about something. He makes me laugh
My place setting.  I am getting hungry. How about soup crackers and chicken sandwich .  A yogurt  with fruit desert.
My little frog on my fork and napkin holder in shape of a frog.  Why wouldn't this cheer anyone up?I feel better already. There are many bloggers out in pinterest land giving tips on using vinegar. Some worked for me. some not. Living in a  house over 150 years old there are places little critters can get in from the cold and the heat. Mice, spiders, ants ,fruit flies and fleas, For the mice place an open jar of vinegar where ever you find tracks.  I use used spice bottles as they have holes already in them.  Mice gone.  fruit flies open jar and cover with saran wrap and poke holes in the wrap.  It may take a few  days but they are attracted to the vinegar and can't get back out. and for fleas spray your carpets and furniture with water and vinegar They don't like the smell. Should do before you are infested.Plus use carpet sweeper every day.http://betweennapsontheporch.net/Thank you Susan for hosting

That would certainly cheer me up. I collected frogs for a few years. They can always make me smile. I said a prayer for your family, too.

Your froggie tablescape is so cute. I love frogs also, I guess it's because the Princess is always having to kiss them. Sorry that your siblings are in the hospital. I will pray for them and for you. May God Bless you.

With siblings in the hospital, you need something to make you laugh and I'm glad the frogs did just that.

What lovely sunflowers!! Your setting is very cheerful. I think your green mat is the perfect lily pad! And the asparagus soup bowl is so cute. You have an amazing collection of dishware!
