A little bit of dutch in me

side table for snacks and coffee
I didn't use a charger or place mats as I wanted the tablecloth be the star and what a star. I had the napkins with the pretty blue appliqued flower.True there is a little Dutch in me.My grandmothers name was Willamina. She died when my mother was a teenager.
Dollar store goblets and tiny cocktail windmill coasters.
My acrylic tableware that takes on the colors.
Better view of coasters
Love the way the blue comes through
Close up of flower vase on top of another vase to raise it up.
This shows the windmill that was just waiting to be part of a table scape.
These are some of the pictures on the tablecloth.
I don't think it is old as it is made of no iron material.
Long view.  I hope you have enjoyed my Dutch table scape.

Hi, Vernice! I don't know a lot about Delftware, but I know I like this!!! I'm a super lover of blue & white tablescapes!!! That table linen is fabulous to the nth power! What a pretty pattern!!! I'm glad you showed close-up photos of the various images depicted on it. They're all pretty neat! I never really stopped to think how clear acrylic flatware would take on the color of whatever is beneath it. Wow...that really looks cool!!! Makes me want to go hunt some down! I think one of the elements I like best are the windmill coasters! I think windmills are so cool, and I just don't see them often enough. I remember having to help build one for a play about Don Quixote back in grade school. It was fun, and I've liked them ever since. That's a really pretty and unique cream and sugar set on your side table. I love the way the cobalt blue peeks from beneath the silver filigree. And you came up with some really cool uses for the gorgeous cobalt margarita glasses!!! I especially like how you used one as a candle holder!!! Very clever! This is just gorgeous, Vernice. You did an outstanding job once again with my favorite color combination!!!!!!!

Oh, too gorgeous! I love Delft, I have some decorative pieces, but no dishes and I always loved the Dutch style blue and white as much as the transferware English. Your tablescape is stunning with your dishes to honour the Dutch in you. Your windmill coasters are lovely, so perfect here! My fav color combo and you have inspired me to make a table in it. Happy TT.

Beautiful table! I love the little touch of green in the napkins mixed with the blue and white. My mother was mad for Delftware and used to have some Delft tiles that she was so proud of.
